In-Store Pickup Terms and Conditions

We offer in-store pickup for your online purchases. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, please read the following terms and conditions regarding our in-store pickup service carefully.

How It Works

  1. Select Pickup Option: When finalizing your online purchase, choose "In-Store Pickup" as your delivery method.

  2. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and pickup instructions.

  3. Order Preparation: We will prepare your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a second email informing you that your order is ready for pickup.

  4. Pickup: Visit our store located at 1020-H boulevard du lac, Québec (Lac Beauport). Québec, G3B 0W8 with a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID. A member of our team will hand over your order.

Pre-Orders

If the item you ordered is not in stock and is a pre-order, we will notify you by email when the item arrives and is ready for pickup.

Pickup Conditions

  1. Pickup Timeframe: You have 10 business days to pick up your order from the time you receive the email notification that your order is ready.

  2. Identification: For security reasons, we require the person picking up the order to present a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license, ID card, or passport).

  3. Authorized Pickup: If you cannot come in person, you can designate an authorized person to pick up your order. Please inform us in advance by email, providing the full name and ID of the person authorized to pick up the order on your behalf.

  4. Changes and Cancellations: If you wish to modify or cancel your order after selecting the in-store pickup option, please contact us as soon as possible at service@unite.bike. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
