Standard Exchange
Send back the item you don’t want, and we’ll ship your new order once we receive the return. We’ll only charge (or refund) the difference in price.
Sale Items

Order Preparation: We will prepare your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a second email informing you that your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup: Visit our store located at 1020-H boulevard du lac, Québec (Lac Beauport). Québec, G3B 0W8 with a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID. A member of our team will hand over your order.
Pre-Orders
If the item you ordered is not in stock and is a pre-order, we will notify you by email when the item arrives and is ready for pickup.
Pickup Conditions

Pickup Timeframe: You have 10 business days to pick up your order from the time you receive the email notification that your order is ready.

Identification: For security reasons, we require the person picking up the order to present a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license, ID card, or passport).

Authorized Pickup: If you cannot come in person, you can designate an authorized person to pick up your order. Please inform us in advance by email, providing the full name and ID of the person authorized to pick up the order on your behalf.
